A couple of easy tips -
Don't study in front of the tv.
Turn off your electronic distractions.
Set yourself time limits and stick to them.
Try to get 8 hours of sleep a night.
Don't look at screens -eg. laptop, phone, tv half an hour before going to bed.
Get off Facebook - it is a time vortex that sucks the hours away for no productive purpose.
